Goods sold carry a warranty of 12 months against manufacturer defect, with an one-to-one exchange from the date of delivery.

We will exchange or refund goods within 7 days of actual sale, accompanied by the original sales receipt with the goods in new/unused conditions. We reserve the right to limit or refuse return of certain goods, such as special or custom-made orders, assembled or altered components or worn/used goods. Free goods, received as part of  promotional offers or as a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used goods may also be refused.

  • We will refund the amount of the purchased goods in the form of cheque favouring to customer’s name in Singapore Dollars. It will take 7 working days to process the refund upon receipt of returned goods accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Terms and conditions of any warranties or service guarantees will be clearly declared to protect customers against product defects and non-performance.

  • Method of payment for all goods and services will be in Singapore dollar. Types of
    payment accepted include cash and credit cards (VISA & MASTERS CARDS only).

    charges, payment terms, refund policy, exchange policy, warranties & guarantees

    customers.

sales transaction or for other legitimate purposes.
