ATM INTELLECT (ATM EYE)

ATM-Intellect is a centralized video control system, providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week security for cash machines. All events taking place within an ATM's operation hours are recorded and stored in the database.
System tasks:

• Reduction of bank financial losses caused by fraudulent actions while getting cash from
  ATM machines.
  
  
• Reduction of bank losses caused by acts of vandalism with ATM machines, ensuring that security requirements to ATM machine operation and maintenance are observed.
  
  

Control center provides monitoring of all the ATM machines. It stores and processes data, notifies operators of hazardous situations, and immediately passes alarm video frames to the security service.

Operators can view on their monitor areas near the ATM machine, as well as cash receiving zone and layouts indicating location of the guarded cash machine. The recordings concerning the events taking place with the ATM machine are stored in the database.

If required, video archive could be analyzed (if the card holder makes unjustified claim to the bank, for instance):

•   - By card number,
•   - By date and time, and
•   - By event.

• - Video archive display at the security post and receiption.
• - Transmitting of the alarm signals upon emergency during the ATM machine operation.
• - Archive analysis, reports preparation, transmitting of search results.
• - Technical conditions monitoring.
• - Transmitting of alarm signals via lower-bit-rate channels (X.25 protocol).
• - Concurrent review of several cameras (e.g. portrait and cash receiving zone camera).
