Plate Recognition was developed to simultaneously detect captured and compare
multiple car license plates in real time. Auto-INTELLECT utilizes an
algorithm to detect & capture car license plate letters & numbers.

Once
captured the car license plate compared to selected subject plate numbers for
identification.
Positive
plate comparison results can trigger specified system processes.
Auto-INTELLECT
can query in real time remote databases to verify operational status of a
captured plate. The recognition results are also updated using the results of
previous frames and the final result (a string of numbers and characters
within the still image) is stored in the database and sent to other system
modules for decision-making.
