Singapore Workforce development agency (WDA) had came out with a national framework - The National Skills Recognition System or NSRS for establishing work performance standards, identifying job competencies and certifying skills acquisition. This framework has been implemented and practiced in diverse industries in Singapore, starting from cleaning industry to semiconductor/IT industries.
The system provides for the development of skills standards that stipulate work performance and the establishment of training and assesment centres to train and assess the competence of the industry workforce.
CHH has been approved as the WDA Authorised Training Centre (ATC) for the Security Systems Industry. Having received the ATC status, we are ready to conduct training courses for the industry workforce and new entrants.
The initial skill standards that CHH will focus on are:
- Installation of Intruder Alarm Systems
- Installation of CCTV Systems
