CHH is committed to complying with and maintaining the highest standards to corporate governance so as to ensure corporate transparency and to safeguard our internal and external stakeholders’ interest.

 

Code of Business Conduct and Ethic

 

We comply with Singapore’s Legislation and Accounting Practices and Standards. We set a high standard for behavioural conduct in areas that include workplace health and safety, environmental, human rights, harassment and discrimination, conflict of interest, and personal data protection practices. All employees are briefed during their induction programme when they report to work.

 

QSHE Policy

 

We have clear Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Policies in place and these are integrated with our management system. These policies are all available in our central file servers and accessible for all employees. Our QSHE Policy are created based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BCA Green & Gracious Practice and WSHC Safety measures. Each employee is expected to comply with the standards in order to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.

Data Security and Protection

Protecting the privacy of our customers, vendors and employees is critical to our ability to maintain their trust. CHH fully understands how the risks related to information Security and Privacy affect our everyday business operations. We take precautions to safeguard sensitive information and customer data. This has been clearly stated on our Personal Data Protection Policy.

Fair Employment Practices

We ensure that we are fully compliant with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) guidelines. We promise to create a workplace where employees are respected, valued and able to achieve their fullest potential.
